At Smpl Cndl Co, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury boutique candles. We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction.

Return Policy

Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

Exclusions: Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns. We also do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Team@smplcndl.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Team@smplcndl.com and send your item to the return address provided by our customer service.
